one is not better then the other I am not better then you you are not better then me because we should not be comparing ourselves to one another — comparing who is better at this or that . but providing a safe support space to give encouragement only striving to be our best for ourselves and being a source of “yes you fucking got this” to others and ourselves . it’s not always going to happen, or have others agree but it only takes one person to share that encouragement and support to one other to have a massive impact . . ask yourself — when you see someone sharing something you don’t particularly agree with ask yourself — why? Why does it bother you? Why is it your place to try and tell someone they cannot share part of themselves? what is the reason behind the discomfort you face? . I think this something we all need to step back and so more often when faced with someone we don’t agree with here on social media whether its what someone wears on here ( or if they wear nothing at all) or what someone writes about, how they write, what their flow looks like, what makes them feel alive its very easy to see and react in an instant and unleash words via keyboard — without really taking a step back to think on WHY it bothers you so much . letting emotions sit and settle, and looking over what the real issue is — can help us grow so much personally and save ourselves from becoming engulfed with our emotions on the spot . the same can be applied to daily life, breathing and working through what the root of the issues is .

my practice helped me find myself, helped me become rooted to who I am I was lost before my practice — I went through the motions of life but its almost like it never really registered. One step forward with no direction or sense of being . So when I began to practice this shift happened — over time of course — where I started to find meaning, life, a sense of being, and I felt myself grounding down into this earth I became rooted through flowing, through movement, through breath . I love earth, I love wandering through the woods barefoot and feeling myself ground down into all Mother Nature has to offer I love my practice and feeling myself root deeper into who I am with each movement and breath . I believe this practice roots you through flowing, grounds you, secures you, and helps you find your way in the daily struggles we all face rooted in flowing — I am — and I am grateful for it I hope through this practice you too are rooted in flowing, rooted in breath, rooted in earth, rooted in you . Outfit @aloyoga ♡ . The things you learn you can do in frog pose 🙈 thanks @meliniseri for this, I had no idea this was possible — and before I get questions — NO pain was had, this was extremely comfortable for me and felt amazing . #yoga #yogi #knowyourworth #wild #frogpose #yogapractice #homepractice #yogaworld #hipopener
